Serving spoon, slotted spoon, fork, and tongs all stainless steel. Tongs have good grip, handles stay cool, dishwasher safe, no rust after 3 months. Rating: 4 out of 5.

I can confirm the handle quality - months of semi-professional use and still brand new. The tongs are surprisingly versatile.
