Picked up the EffiQ-Rate full-size chafing dish 6 months ago. Heats evenly, holds temp 2+ hours, stainless steel holds up, easy to clean. Verdict: 4.5 out of 5.

Great review! I agree on the split pan insert. The build quality is impressive for the price.

This review convinced me! Got the rectangular version and performed perfectly. Get the 7oz fuel cans for longer events.
