We have friends over almost every weekend. What is the bare minimum I need for a simple buffet for 8-10 people?

1. One chafing dish for the main 2. Platters for cold items 3. Beverage dispenser 4. Good serving utensils. That one chafing dish is the game-changer.

Exactly how I started! One chafing dish plus cloth napkins and a table runner and even a casual setup looks intentional.
